We would like you to be happy with your purchases and therefore offer a complete refund and exchange policy.
Faulty Items:
If a product is faulty we ask that you return this to us within one month of purchase. Please enclose a brief description of the fault, your name, address, contact number or email and your order number or date of purchase. We will happily refund your postage costs in these circumstances, however please try to minimise these by using appropriate, lightweight but waterproof packaging. Feel free to reuse the mailing envelope that your order was dispatched in. We advise you to obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in transit.
Non Faulty Items:
If you change your mind about any product you have purchased please return it to us within one month of purchase in an unused, unwashed and resalable state. Again please include your name, address, contact number or email address and order number. We will then refund or exchange, or part exchange your items. Please note that in these circumstances we cannot refund postage. Again we advise you to obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in transit.
